If I could give this store twenty stars I would! The Bliss experience is truly a magical one! This store has hands down the best selection in Buffalo! The ladies there knew exactly what I was looking for! I found my dream dress with the help of the owner. The gown is so gorgeous and I cannot wait to wear it on my special day! I cannot recommend Bliss enough!
The ladies here are so kind and friendly! I have had such a wonderful experience so far. I purchased my bridal gown and my bridesmaids dresses. They are stunning! I couldn’t be happier. The store is pretty and they make you feel so comfortable when trying on dresses. Highly recommend!
I bought my wedding dress from Bliss Bridal and I could not be any happier with the experience, product and custom look. I got so many complements on my dress. I just loved it. I thought it was worth every penny that I spent. My Bridesmaid dresses were also from Bliss. They were this beautiful mint green color and were easily altered to each girl.
This place is great! The customer service is impeccable. They truly want you to choose your dream dress! They have an excellent selection of dresses and accessories. I would highly recommend this place (plus we got champagne after I found my dress so it felt even more significant).
I had a wonderful experience at Bliss! After trying many other local shops for a wedding gown, Bliss was by far the best. The shop had a large selection and was very comfortable. Their customer service was AMAZING and it was obvious that Jessie genuinely cares and loves what she does. Jessie was determined to find me "the dress". She was so knowledgeable and knew instantly exactly what I was looking for. It did not take much time at all for her to find me the perfect dress. I couldn't be happier!

LOVED IT! Bliss Bridal was the second place I went to shop for my wedding dress and I wish I had started there! The prices range from $700 to over $1000 and I told them I wanted to stay closer to the $700 mark and I found my dream dress, not spending a penny over what I wanted to. They also gifted me a head piece that will be gorgeous. I wanted to try on a dress that was over budget but only a couple hundred and they actually dissuaded me from trying it on so I didn't go over budget, when they easily could have gotten a few more dollars from me. I kept finding faults with dresses I thought I wanted until the consultant (I don't remember her name which I feel awful about) noticed what I liked and didn't like about each one. She pulled the perfect dress off the rack and was actually the most affordable one I tried on. They really care about making the bride happy and providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience. They even offered to set up an appt with the seamstress they use, but I'm from out of the area so I will be finding my own closer to home. When my dress came in, they asked if I would like to try it on again and gave me advice about getting it altered since I won't use their trusted seamstress. All in all, it was the perfect experience. I HIGHLY recommend Bliss Bridal.
I did not buy my dress here, but I am leaving a review any because I am so impressed with the professionalism and selection at this store. Most bridal salons you go to make you repeatedly strip down in front of a complete stranger and put on dresses that you really don't like. However, with Bliss Bridal, I particularly appreciated that they give you a private dressing room and let you put the dresses on yourself. Barring that, the staff here was wonderful. They were willing to listen to what I was looking for and find several items that were a close fit. There was no pressure to buy a dress and the employees were wonderful to talk to. I went dress shopping by myself, and this is the only place that would tell me with complete candor whether something seemed like a good fit or not. Also, this was the only place where the employees took pictures of me in the dresses -- and from different angles -- so I could share them with my far-away friends and family. The layout of the store is great. It looks pristine. Also, this is the only store I went to that actually lets you look on the racks and pick dresses you want to try (as opposed to most stores where only the employees are allowed to pick out what they think looks best on you). Bonus: Only store in WNY that carries the Pronovias line.
